What is the 1 Mukhi Rudraksha?

The Rudraksha begins to form from the eye of Shiva, and this is how the 1 Mukhi Rudraksha came into being. The 1 Mukhi Rudraksha is a sacred bead with a face; this bold alignment makes it spectacular. Unlike other faceless rudraksha beads, the faceted bead is unique and rare and symbolizes Shiva's will and supreme power. The single faceted rudraksha embodies the power of the Unverse and the presence of Lord Shiva. The bead is worn by devotees who wish to deepen their devotion and strengthen their connection with the blessed spirit of Shiva.

Like any other bead, the 1 Mukhi Rudraksha has no natural hole in it. It is also a crescent shaped bead known as 1 Mukhi kaju dana bead. Nepal also does not have the original variant of the 1 Mukhi Rudraksha Bhadraksha. The 1 Mukhi Rudraksha sold in the market are crescent shaped beads, not to be confused with any other type from the southern region of India.
