Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order or request a refund.

Please read our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellation requests after 30 minute of placing an order. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we start processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery to our customers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellation after this timeframe.

Cancellation Charges Policy

Hum Hindu does not charge cancellation fees to customers who cancel their orders within the 30-minute window.

In case Hum Hindu has to cancel an order unilaterally due to unforeseen circumstances (stock unavailability, logistics constraints, etc.), we do not charge any cancellation fees and the full amount is refunded.

This ensures fair treatment for both parties in accordance with government e-commerce guidelines.

Refund Policy

  • We offer a 1-day replacement policy for items that are damaged, or defective, or if you have received the wrong item. To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 1 day of receiving your order and provide proof such as unboxing videos and images (Mandatory).
  • We do not accept returns for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences. Please refer to the product descriptions for sizing information before making a purchase.
  • Any items that have been damaged or washed by the customer, not sent in their original packaging, or not in their original condition are not eligible for return or replacement.

Replacement Process

  1. Initiate Request: Contact us within 1 day via WhatsApp or email if you need a size change. Provide your order number and the new size.

  2. Return Product: Send the unused product back to us in its original packaging.

  3. Verification: We'll inspect the product. Once approved, we’ll proceed.

  4. Replacement Fee: A flat fee of ₹200 will be charged for approved size exchanges, covering shipping and handling.
  5. Receive Replacement: After payment, we'll dispatch your new size and provide a tracking number.

    Complaint Acknowledgment & Resolution Timelines:

    Once a complaint is raised via email or our support channels, our grievance officer will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours.

    We aim to resolve all customer complaints within 30 days from the date of receipt.
